Crowbar Lake Hiking Trail

Located in the Waverly-Salmon River Long Lake Wilderness Area, the 16.5km trail offers rugged landscape, beautiful lakes and unique wilderness. Hikers can choose from routes 2 to 14 km long, all set among a rugged landscape of hilly conifer forest, lakes and waterways. Waverly-Salmon River Long Lake Wilderness Area is designated under the Wilderness Areas Protection Act.

Meander the trails up through the large, white granite boulders that were deposited back in the ice age.  The beginning of the trail head is located approx. 8 km in on the Myra Road, in Porters Lake, on the left hand side.  There is a parking lot and signage at the beginning of the trail.
